Find Meaning in Your Mess. Let This Book Guide Your Next Chapter.
An honest memoir for women who are ready to rebuild with courage and clarity.
About The Book
Fire Dance Flow is an honest memoir that shares a difficult season in my life and the lessons I learned along the way. Through research, mentors, and life experiences, I have reflected on what it actually takes to rebuild, heal, and become who I was meant to be. Growth in this story isn’t picture-perfect; no one’s story is, and like others, it’s real, messy, and lived.
Seasons change; my seasons hold loss, identity shifts, and rebuilding. I invite readers to see their lives through a different set of glasses. A set of lenses that teach us that the fires of life aren’t meant to destroy us but to refine us. This book doesn’t offer quickfixes or surface-level inspiration. It provides a different perspective, truth, and permission to evolve.

About The Author
Hi, I’m Rachel Porter—a Transformational Life Coach, Motivational Speaker, and mother of seven, passionate about helping women rise above life’s hardest moments and walk confidently in their purpose.
For nearly 15 years, I was a homeschooling mom, pouring my heart into my children’s education. Toward the end of that season, I found myself drawn to guiding women in their mental well-being. That experience lit a fire in me—I knew I was called to help others grow.
For two decades, I battled feelings of worthlessness and grief, all while trying to keep my family together. Therapy had helped me, but I didn’t need more processing of the past—I needed someone to help me move forward.
What I truly needed… was a life coach. That realization changed everything.
I became the coach I once needed—a woman who understands the pain, the confusion, the feeling of being stuck—and who now helps others move into clarity, confidence, and purpose.

“One section made me tear up… I had to pause. I’m picturing myself in your shoes and catching all those feelings-as a woman it’s a connection of understanding.”
“Wow to this part” –
I looked across the table at him, and for the first time, I realized I wasn’t hoping for romance, I was searching for a reason to keep going.
~ Arlene
Not verbatim, just remembering what she told me. I liked how you didn’t bash your husband but the story was how you evolved. I am picking it up and reading it again.
~ Mari
“Good morning Rachel. I am about halfway through your book. I am at the “scar” portion. I know this movie “k-pop demon hunters” is extremely “popular” but the Song ‘What it sounds like’ reminds me of this part. I listen to the music in this movie because it tells you to own your scars. Don’t hide from them. I am unsure if you’ve heard of it but its a very uplifting song. Your book is amazing.I can’t wait to see you at the signing Wednesday,”
~ Emily
“Wow! You have some wonderful, powerful things to say and I am so glad I read your book. It was truly encouraging and uplifting to me in my own journey. You have a compelling story and you talk about a lot of mental attitudes and choices and lifestyles that tons of people will be able to relate to. There were sections that you had my attention because of your story and others that you had my attention because you were speaking life to my heart. I felt like you did a good job offering your coaching without pressure and giving away valuable tools the reader could utilize for themselves even if they didn’t sign up for your coaching business.”

These stories are real. The growith is lived.
You don't need to be fixed.
